RE: [sca-assembly] Administrative Roster Repairs

Thanks to Eric for pointing this out, but membership of the Editing and Testing sub-committees were also affected by my
"realignment" exercise.
The easiest way to fix this is to go to the SC you are interested in and re-join yourselves.
