TARGET: SCA Assembly Conformance Tests

DESCRIPTION:

The conformance tests contain vendor-specific runtime artifacts such as:

- log4j.properties
- commons-logging.properties
- openjpa.xml

These should not be included in the test suite and may potentially  
interfere with analogous artifacts used by other vendor runtime  
implementations.

PROPOSAL:

Remove the artifacts.
