Dear TC Admin,

On the January 12th conference call [1], the SCA Assembly TC resolved by passing of unanimous motions to

A) Submit the Assembly specification Committee Draft 5 package [2] for publication on the OASIS site
B) Submit the Assembly specification Committee Draft 5 package [2] as a Public Review Draft
C) Hold the 2nd Public Review for 15 days

Please initiate the public review of the SCA Assembly specification package.

Please let me and Martin Chapman know if you have any questions.
