This is a "catch all" issue
to bring the testsuite up to the level of the latest Assembly spec.

This proposal to resolve ASSEMBLY-159

• No TAs relate to references with multiplicity 0..n
  ?
• ASM-TA-6001, ASM-TA-6002, ASM-TA-6003 are no longer based on Normative statements but
  instead are based on definitional sections of the specification relating to Interface Compatibility.
• ASM-TA-6021 modified and now relates to ASM60022
• ASM-TA-5041 already covers part of ASM50038 - ASM-TA-5041 updated accordingly
