Subject: 15-day Review Request for Test Assertions for the SCA Assembly Model Version 1.1

The following request has been submitted to the OASIS TC Administrator on 15/06/2010:

Submitter's Name: Mike Edwards
TC Name: OASIS Service Component Architecture / Assembly (SCA-Assembly) TC
TC email address: sca-assembly@lists.oasis-open.org
Specification Title: Test Assertions for the SCA Assembly Model Version 1.1
Approval Link: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/sca-assembly/download.php/38260/SCA%20Assembly%20minutes%202010-06-08.html
Link to Previous Public Review Announcement: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/200908/msg00002.html
Abstract: The Test Assertions for the SCA Assembly Model v1.1 represent the formulation of the normative requirements of the SCA Assembly Model specification into a series of testable assertions that must be met by an entity that claims to conform to the requirements of the specification.

The test assertions should be read in conjunction with the associated TestCases document, which contains formal testcases that can be executed against an SCA runtime to check its conformance to the SCA Assembly specification.
TC Description: The SCA Assembly technical committee defines the core SCA composition model used to simplify development of applications using a service-oriented architecture

This update to the Test Assertions brings the test assertions document fully into line with the CD05 version of the SCA Assembly specification, which itself recently completed its second Public Review.
