is broken. The underlying hyperlink, visible when you roll the cursor over

5. In the 'Technical Committee' section, please

7. I suggest changing the 'Non-normative
References' header to 'Non-Normative References'.

8. Please remove empty Appendix B.

9. The appendices are not in the Table of
Contents. Please regenerate the TOC, adding them.

ODT template - I suggest that this is fixed.  I have fixed this spec
