[ASSEMBLY-236] Add Test assertions and cases for ASM40012, ASM50045 andASM50046 - Proposal

Here is a proposal to resolve Issue
236:


The resolution of issue 221 added 3
new normative statements to the SCA Assembly specification:


[ASM40012]
The value of the property @file attribute
MUST be a dereferencable URI to a file containing the value for the property.
[ASM50045]
The value of the component property
@file attribute MUST be a dereferencable URI to a file containing the value
for the property.
[ASM50046]
The format of the file which is referenced
by the @file attribute of a component property or a componentType property
is that it is an XML document which MUST contain an sca:values element
which in turn contains one of:
•        a
set of one or more <sca:value/> elements each containing a simple
string - where the property type is a simple XML type
•        a
set of one or more <sca:value/> elements or a set of one or more
global elements - where the property type is a complex XML type

These normative statements are not reflected
in the TestAssertions document nor in the TestCases document - they should
be.


Proposal:

1) Add 4 test assertions to the TestAssertions
document

ASM-TA-4012 for ASM40012
ASM-TA-5051 for ASM50045
ASM-TA-5052 & ASM-TA-5053 for ASM50046
(deal separately with simple and complex XML cases)

2) Add 2 testcases to the TestCases
document

1 for ASM-TA-5051 & ASM-TA-5052
1 for ASM-TA-5051 & ASM-TA-5053

- no testcase for ASM-TA-4012 as there
is no requirement for an implementation type to provide an @file attribute
on the componentType
