SCA-Assembly 1.2 CSD01 candidate

I have updated wd04 to create wd05 based on Mike's recent changes to 
v1.1csd08. I have also make changes to the names of the XSDs + minor ed 
fixes. The zip file containing the doc, pdf, diff-pdf, and XSDs is at:

During the discussion on v1.2 CSD few moons ago, there seem to be a 
general consensus wrt approving a CSD and conforming to our process 
(right now we are filing issues against WDs. As Martin likes to point 
out WDs are figments of editors' imagination ;-) ).

Now that we are done with what is probably the last 1.1 draft, I would 
like to request an agenda item next week to discuss this. We should also 
have a discussion on whether it is desirable to seek public feedback on 
this and therefore do a PR or wait.

Please let me know if there are any error/issues with the zip.
