That sounds reasonable. From the original wording, it seemed that a decision had already been made not to make any changes but I now understand better the intent (no pun intended).

We have our own tests but as far as the test suite, nothing "official" yet. As an unscientific guess (i.e. without doing exhaustive testing and cross referencing the normative spec statements), I would expect Fabric3 to be conformant. If/when I have more info ready to be made public, I'll let you know.
