Question: I thought the reference to WS-Addressing was not necessarily
about the particular element name, but about the use of the
wsa:EndpointReferenceType? Do we use the same concept, not the exact
syntax of ReplyTo, which, as you mention, has potential weird
interpretations. We could, for example, use the element
wsa:EndpointReference, or define an element of our own that has the same
type.

I don't have any particular concrete proposal here, either, alas.
