Why is this wrong?
The way I have it, allows me to have the bookmark for the text in the 
main text and the cross-reference to the text in the appendix. I realize 
that this is different from the J TC specs. But I would like to have the 
assertion be present only once in the main text and be autogenerated in 
the appendix.
