Subject: Re: [sca-bindings] Problem with application of BINDINGS-76
I am dubious as well about making this change to an already-voted CD and PRD, even if the change is editorial. As the change affects substantive text and not just formatting or front matter, I would think we need another TC vote to accept the updated document as CD03 and the PRD.
