Subject: Re: [sca-bindings] Problem with application of BINDINGS-76

OK, in order to be very clear, but at the risk of confusing everyone, I've uploaded sca-wsbinding-1.1-spec-cd02-rev7.doc/.pdf, which is based off the version of the document approved on Thursday 25th of June, with all chanegs accepted, then the change history corrected and the sca-binding-ws-1.1-cd03.xsd fixed for the correct application of issue 76.

I also fixed the callback xsd which was missing a close comment on the copyright line.  I noticed when I did this that the anyAttribute in this schema uses ##any rather than ##other - if that's a problem we'll need to open a separate issue to fix it after PRD.

I would urge folks to take a look at this revision which I intend to discuss/vote on as the revised cd03/PRD on the call of 9th July.

Regards, Simon
