Document: TestCases for the SCA Web Service Binding Specification 
Version 1.1

Description:
The conformance item BWS20027 corresponds to BWS-TA-20026. The document 
marks BWS-TA-20026 as "Untestable as this requires a specific non-WSDL
interface type, and there is no mandatory support for
such an interface type"

This is not tested in the WS binding testcases as it requires a non WSDL
interface. But it is tested in the POJO testcases (and I assume C/C++). 
The POJO testcases do use binding.ws as well as interface.java together. 
We should just note that in the TC doc.

Proposal:
Replace the appropriate item in appendix C to point to the POJO test cases
