SCA-BPEL 1.1 CD 01 Revision 15

Dear SCA-BPEL TC, I created SCA-BPEL 1.1 CD 01 Revision 15 (see
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=31120).

It has the following updates:

Action Item 53
 - Added labels for normative statements (linked to Appendix B table)
 - Added Appendix section B with table of all normative statements (linked
back to spec text)
 - Reworded normative statements in order to make them more self-contained
(i.e. less context dependent)
 - In anticipation of the Issue BPEL-28 resolution, I excluded section 2.4
"Support for Conversational Interfaces"

Action Item 54
 - Update spec for issue resolutions 23 and 25 (marked "Applied" in JIRA)

Miscellaneous
 - Minor spec formatting
 - Marked issue 22 "Applied" in JIRA (removal of section 2.3 "Specifying an
SCA Interface with a partnerLinkType")
