I figured out how to produce PDFs with links that work. I can do this for BPEL if no one else is already on it.

I think the only thing that remains to be done for the package is:
1) producing the PDF and HTML of the non-diffed version
2) producing the PDF of the diff version
3) RDDL for SCA BPEL NS
