Thanks for making all the changes!

Two minor ed items that I noticed:

1) The 'Status' section on page 2 has a placeholders that need to be 
filled out ("[TC name | membership of OASIS]")

2) The copyright notice in the footer and in the 'Notices' section needs 
to be updated for 2009.
