Subject: ISSUES 2 and 3:WSDL/C++ mapping annotations

Based on yesterday's discussion around
using annotations to control mapping between WSDL and C++, I have pulled
together some information from the assembly spec and the SDO spec that
can provide some direction for continuing these discussions fro WSDL to
C++ mapping. I have also added some initial thoughts about what will
be needed in the reverse direction.
