   - We will use method parameter names, when they exist, when mapping to WSDL
   - Need to investigate type overrides for individual parameters/return types
   - Examples to be added

   - General direction seems to work
   - Consider prepending namespace prefixes to operation names
   - Details on operation/function name mapping (including use of namespace prefixes)
     are needed
   - Annotations and WSDL extensions to come next
