Subject: C++ and C test artifacts for assembly test cases

Here is a pass at translating the assembly
test case artifacts into C++ and C. I have covered all of the interfaces
and component implementations (and created .componentType files for these),
and the .composite files for the component implementations. I have
covered some of the test case specific .composite files, but a decent number
remain to be done (if you look at what I have done so far, you will not
this is rater mechanical).
What I have not done at all is the test
client that starts a runtime, fires a web service request at it and reviews
the response to validate the expected outcome and stops the runtime.
