Subject: NEW ISSUE: Binding nameing inconsistent with JAX-WS

Target: CC++ and C&I Specifications
(CD03 Rev 3)
Description:
The Default name for a WSDL binding
in section C.1.1 is inconsistent with JAX-WS. JAX-WS appends "Binding"
to the portType (see section 3.8.1 of the JAX-WS spec).
The C++ and C specs have the statement
"In the case of a SOAP binding, the binding name is the name of the
service suffixed with “SoapBinding”."
Proposal:
Change the above statement to: "In
the case of a SOAP binding, the binding name is the name of the portType
suffixed with “Binding”."
