- Make statement about having to do macro/typedef processing a MUST (both)
- Are there other language constructs that should be covered (both)
- Line 1483 (C++) needs to be consistent with CPP80003
- Remove CPP80001 since limiting interface functions to public pure virtual functions
  eliminates the need for further restrictions

- Generally agreed guarantees implied by the second sentence cannot be satisfied and it
  should be removed.  Further, generally agreed first sentence of C20014 is meaningless
  and should be removed
- Questions about intent of this in Java (Bryan to follow up)
   - Doesn't Java have similar problems with static variables?
   - What is intent of second sentence for Java?
   - Doesn't this have negative performance impacts?
- Overall need a re-examination of stateless scope.
- Descriptive text on appropriate content of stateless implementations would be a good
  addition.
