Target C++ C&I Spec (CD 05) 

Description: ComponentContext includes the member functions:
 virtual DataObjectPtr getProperties(); 
  virtual DataFactoryPtr getDataFactory();
The return value of the functions are define by the OSOA SDO for C++ specification:

and in that specification the namespace for the return values is commonj::sdo.

Proposal: Add the namespace qualifiers so the definitions become:
  virtual commonj::sdo::DataObjectPtr getProperties();
  virtual commonj::sdo::DataFactoryPtr getDataFactory();
This changes needs to be made in both the specification (seciton 6.2) and
ComponentContext.h (with a #include "commonj/sdo/sdo.h" added).
