Subject: NEW ISSUE: What URI does getURI() return

Target: C++ Specification
CD05
Description: The description of the getURI() member function of ComponentContext
states that the method returns the absolute URI of the component..
It is unclear what the absolute URI of a component is. At run
time a component has a structural URI as defined in section 5.8 of the
Assembly spec. The structural URI of a component is relative to the
domain., so an absolute URI could be formed by concatenating the domain
URI and the structural URI. However, there is no standard way to
define a domain URI and it is unclear if including the domain URI adds
any additional value.
Proposal: replace "absolute" with "structural"
in the description of getURI().
