The agreed resolution for this issue
has not been applied correctly to the specification Working Draft.

The resolution said: Calling getService(...)
or getServiceReference(...) on a reference of multiplicity > 1 raises
an IllegalArgumentException.

The problem is that the words about
multiplicity have been added under the descriptions of getServices(...)
and getServiceReferences(...) instead of getService(...) and getServiceReference(...).
