Mary,
One of the reasons given in the original OASIS TC Administration decision
for changing the prefix from org.osoa was that OASIS does not own the
osoa.org domain.  Given this, I don't understand why we would change the
prefix from a domain that OASIS doesn't own to a different domain that
OASIS also doesn't own.
