ISSUE 123: Java C&I - Remove references to conversational function -proposal

I have to fall on my sword and ask for forgiveness on JAVA-123 [1]. While I was applying 60, 87, 117, 126 to Java C&I and creating WD03 [2], I noticed the conversational material. I searched JIRA for a specific issue on the C&I and did not find one, and given that we had resolved an issue to remove conversations from CAA, I took it as an editorial action to clean up C&I also. I see now that I missed JAVA-123, which is specific to Java C&I.

Perhaps some good can come from this:

As part of WD03, I removed all the remnants of conversations. This resulted in:
- deletion of section 2.5 (Non-Conversational and Conversational Services)
- deletion of some text on line 315 [2]
- deletion of section 6.1 (Conversational Implementation)

I'd like to propose that Java-123 is resolved by the changes in C&I WD03 [2].
