Subject: [NEW ISSUE] Java CAA missing full definition of annotations applying toJava Interfaces
- From: Mike Edwards <mike_edwards@uk.ibm.com>
- To: "OASIS Java" <sca-j@lists.oasis-open.org>
- Date: Mon, 23 Mar 2009 11:05:27 +0000
Raiser:
Mike Edwards
Target:
sca-javacaa-1.1-spec-cd02-rev3.pdf
Description:
1) Section 3 of the Java CAA spec describes
the normative requirements relating to <interface.java/>.
However, the current version does not
define a complete list of which of the annotations defined in the CAA spec
normatively apply to a Java interface
class.
2) The pseudo-schema and description
is missing the @requires and @policySets attributes that apply to all
<interface.xxx/> elements (as
defined by the Assembly specification)
Proposal:
Attached is a marked up version of the
spec that is the proposed resolution for this issue:
