Subject: [sca-j] NEW ISSUE: Intent annotations are missing from Java CAA as compared to Policy FW spec

TARGET: Java CAA spec

DESCRIPTION:
The Java CAA spec has defined specific intent annotations that match *some* of the intents defined in the Policy FW spec. Notably missing are the transaction intents and the newly updated authentication intents, but there are others. The proposal for this should consider ALL the intents defined in the Policy spec and then justify which intents should have corresponding annotations in the Java CAA spec.

PROPOSAL:
None at this time. IMO, this does not need to be resolved before PR.
