which is unexplained

Target: Spring C&I spec

Description:
The Spring C&I spec Appendix 2.1 Spring SCA Namespace Schema section 
shows that the sca-spring:reference element has an attribute called 
'default', but the spec does not explain what it does.
Either the attribute should be removed from the schema or an appropriate 
explanation included in the main spec.
