Thanks for getting this done.

I think some good examples of the different
cases would be helpful.  Perhaps show a domain
constructed from some deployment composites
that deploy some components using some
composites as implementations.....

There are a couple of facilities that
you mention in the document that I'm scratching my head
over - as to why they are needed.  Some
use cases for those would be useful too.  The added
URI attribute for each component is
one example...

A revised proposal for constructing the domain infoset
to be used for 
External Policy Attachment
is attached.  In this version, children of the portType element from
the 
interface are copied as children
of all the binding elements.  This enables the usecase that attaches
a 
policySet to messages for a specific
binding.
