SCA-Policy specification document link mismatch

Hello TC-Admin,

I've recently discovered that there's a mismatch between the "latest version" URL, which is: (1) http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-policy/sca-policy-1.1-spec.pdf versus the actual "latest version" URL, which is (2) http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-policy/sca-policy-1.1.pdf

The difference is the absence of 'spec' in the actual URL (the second one).

What can be done to resolve this? The first (1) URL is what's in the latest committee draft and it is also consistent with the SCA-Assembly spec. But, since the second (2) URL is the web resolvable URL, are we stuck with it?
