Folks,

Here are suggested updates to the wording
of the proposal, mostly to allow the wording to flow better.

I note one significant point:  the
proposal involves adding the capability for a WSDL document to have a <requires/>
subelement to a portType element - this
requires an update in the SCA Assembly specification, along with an updated
XSD.




Note that the PDF marks more changes
than are present in the Word file, for some reason that escapes me.
The Word file is definitive in this
case.

I added some words and added the definition of the
<requires> element in 
the Schema.  See attached.
As we realized on Monday's call, the Assembly schema does not include 
the <policySetAttachment> element.
So, if we agree to resolve Issue 94 with this proposal, we should open
an Assembly issue to add both
<requires> and <policySetAttachment> to the Assembly Schema.
