July 18 Telecon agenda posted

Hi Folks,

As promised, the agenda for July 18 Telecon has beed posted [1].  It is a
large agenda, with 3 issues that I'd hope to open and resolve as well as a
proposal for exit criteria for 1.1. Please read over the materials in
advance.

We have received email or verbal confirmation from enough voting members to
reach quorum, so we expect to have a productive call.
