Subject: RE: [sdd] Glossary Survey
Hi Jay, Are the version 7 the ones that were in the second section of the survey? I split the survey into 2 sections, one identifying the domain of the term, and then the second looking at the definition. For the first section, I used the definitions that were from the v 6, because they were before your effort to eliminate any solution references from the glossary; and I thought that putting the definitions in that had already been filtered to be in the problem space only might actually skew the results. I believe that our objective in the first phase is to identify the problem and domain only, and not "vote" on the definitions. The second section is focused on the definitions. Does this make sense? I'd prefer to use the v07 definitions for those items that were not "pruned", and add the "pruned" items back to the glossary survey. I'd be happy to merge the two into a doc (version 08) if its easier for you to incorporate it into the survey.
