Hello Randy,

As I haven't received an objection for two days to the last post
from me, I notify you the below is the resolution for 2.13.3
requirement.

2.13.3 The SDD specification must support defining default, fallback or constraints on selection of the localized content that may be installed, based on the locale of the host environment.

Folks,
If you like to remove the 2.13.3 entirely rather than modifying
the requirement, please state your proposal here or at the call.
Since I cannot attend the meeting tomorrow, I will honor the
reasonable decision at the meeting.
