Folks, and Julia,

I see that 2.4.8 is pretty much same with option b). There are some
details added during mail message exchanges in option c) and d), but
they seems to be not explicitly supported by the use cases proposed.
In my opinion, those details are a bit too detailed as a high level
set of SDD requirements and can be dropped.

If anyone prefer to keep 2.1.3, please state your choice among the
options. Otherwise, I guess our choice is the option a) Delete it.
