Subject: Writer's Conventions

In this week's TC meeting, we approved
the proposed writer's conventions. One area not addressed in this
document is naming conventions for the XSD files. The question that
I have to the TC is do we care about some "formal convention"
for naming our XSD files? If so, does anyone have a proposal? I
looked around at various OASIS standards and their is no consistency what
so ever in naming XSD files.
