Action item: Brent and Julia: clean up the documents section of web site. Move some docs into a new archive category. Post plan for reorg via email.

Brent and Julia are completing a first pass of document reorganization, including moving many "old" documents to a new "archive" folder.

In addition, I suggest that we do a quick pass through the documents to ensure that their accessibility is appropriate (the default disposition for documents is that they are available to the TC, to the wider OASIS community and to the general public). This (publicly available) probably is the right thing for most/all of our documents, but we should do  due diligence to verify this for all documents.
