Subject	UPDATE - OASIS TC email lists

To TC Chairs:
 
  It looks like OASIS IT staff has overcome
a major hurdle - all members should now be able to once again post to their
TC lists. Comment list subscription is now working as well; everyone who
subscribed after the Comment Facility transition on 21 July 2006 should
be receiving messages. Any messages that were sent to TC members while
the lists were down should be resent so that the messages can be captured
in the list archives which will hopefully be restored shortly. Messages
to tc lists are being saved and will be merged with the existing archives.
