From the 8/9 minutes:
2.	F2F meetings
a.	It doesnt look like there are any good dates in September. Action item: Brent will poll everyone via email to see if one of the first two weeks in October would work better. 
b.	For the 2nd F2F, we discuss the possibility of meeting in London as an extension of the general OASIS meeting. Action item: Brent will do an email poll on this topic.

Decided in 08/16 TC call that the first F2F meeting would be Oct. 9 - 13. Second F2F meeting will be decided at end of the first one; it will NOT be coincident with the London OASIS meeting and probably will be more like January than December.
