From the 7/26 minutes:
a.	2.1.1.4  error recovery information  Debra points out that this and several others have to do with incorporation of documentation into descriptor that could be used to provide additional information for decision making and problem diagnosis. There needs to be a place for this kind of descriptive information in the descriptor otherwise people will extend the descriptor in non-standard ways to add this. Action item: Debra agrees to take this on (even though she is totally booked for the weeks until the F2F).

At least the part of this affection conformance level 1 elements needs to be done before the F2F so we can discuss and finalize at the F2F.
