Based on Chris's note below, can you please update the minutes for today's meeting to indicate that Chris, Frank H., Lazar and Thomas K. of SAP were noted as attending, but because of the time change confusion, their attendance at the later hour did not contribute to our having a quorum?

I'm dialed in but no one is on the call..  Are we having a call?  It was
