Subject: Groups - SDD Conformance Level Addendum (sdd-spec-v1.0-conformanceAddendum-wd02.doc) uploaded

[posting on Merri's behalf; she reviewed and approved this revision]

Candidate final version for approval. This revision:
- takes the content from the previous standalone document and renders it in
the context of the "Conformance" chapter of the specification, which is
where it will ultimately go
- addresses Julia's ballot comments (these were reviewed with Merri and
Julia)
Note that Randy's and Robert's ballot comments were incorporated by default
when the other revisions were made.

*** PLEASE REVIEW THIS PRIOR TO NEXT WEEK'S TC MEETING. If the revisions
after the approved ballot look good to everyone, we can approve this
content.
