Subject: RE: [sdd] Update, Call for Agenda Items
Update regarding future meetings: I will be out of the office next week (week of July 5). I will plan to cancel next week's meeting; if any items should happen to arise requiring immediate attention, the TC is free to convene and elect a temporary chair. I suggest that we re-convene at our regularly scheduled call on July 16 to review the items that Jason and Merri have compiled (see Jason's note in this thread). Please let me know if this is acceptable to everyone. If you know that you will not be able to make the meeting on July 16, let me know, and we'll pursue an alternative plan/schedule if necessary. These are mainly specification related clarifications that should be made. I know a lot of people are off on Friday and several are probably also taking Thursday off so there is no need to meet to discuss these until next week at the earliest. We can also continue to accumulate the feedback and hash through it at the beginning of August as well should we decide that we will not meet in the month of July. I know that we have not had a lot of activity recently, and experience shows that activity often drops off in the summer, as it's often difficult to achieve a quorum because of vacations.
