I have updated the appendix to reference the 1.0 schema links. When we are ready I will need to change them to 1.1 versions (I have made a comment in the spec to remind me).
Additionally, I have changed the copyright dates from "2007, 2008" to "2007, 2009" per Brent's instructions from the OASIS admins.
Before we publish v1.1, we will need to update the date, URIs, version, footer references, TOC, non-normative references, internal cross-references, schema rddl URLs, and add any additional contributers to the Acknowledgements. We also need to change the date fields from "update to current date" to a static date. We should also do due diligence and verify that the spec template, notices, and conformance clause contain the current language provided by OASIS.
