Subject: Happy New Year, and Action Items

Greetings and Happy New Year, SDD TC.

We had a sparsely attended call this morning, and I wanted to follow up
with this e-mail to make sure everyone saw the action items we'd like to
close moving forward into 2010.

First, please read the meeting minutes (
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/35834/Meeting%20Minutes%20OASIS%20SDD%20TC%202010.doc
) and note the action items in blue (also noted below in this e-mail)
I raised a question as to whether or not it would be an issue for anyone
if we posted TC documents in Open Document format. I have posted today's
meeting minutes in MS-Word format as usual (at the preceding link), but I'
also have posted them as a sample Open Document Format document on the TC
Web page for people to experiment with -- please give this a try:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/35835/Meeting%20Minutes%20OASIS%20SDD%20TC%202010.odt

I am requesting that everyone review any Jira issues assigned to them and
update them or provide feedback (we want to make sure that nothing is
slipping through the cracks for the next version of the SDD spec). Please
review here: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Dashboard.jspa
Merri raised a question about the schema for the new parameter types that
were added via Lazar's approved proposal in 2008. Please read the details
in the meeting minutes and if you have input, please send it along. In
particular, I would appreciate it if Lazar, Randy & Jason had a look at
this (but everyone is invited to do so).

Thanks.

Regards,
Brent
