Hi Ray,

  I hope I didn't misunderstand your intent for the list. Any input to the
TC from a non-TC-member must go through the search-ws-comment list. The -dev
list is intended for those with questions about existing specifications.
This is to protect the work of the TC - ensuring that any/all contributions
are made with acknowledgement and agreement to the OASIS IPR Policy. If
there are individuals who wish to participate in the work of the TC I'll be
happy to speak with them about joining and the various options available to
them.
