Summary: in relation to questions posted 28-Jun-2011 about consolidating
spec information into the Overview document rather than distributing
and/or duplicating the same information in all eight (8) parts: in principle,
yes, you may do that.

Details: See items #10 and #11 for bibliographic reference
with the following:

"I would still like feedback from you on the question of how much we
can consolodate into the Overview document (Part 0) and how much (of
the common information) we need to repeat in all of the documents:
- acknowledgements
- normative references
- non normative references
- namespaces"

If the Overview contains the information for these four required elements,
the other 7 (seven) parts of the 8-part multi-part document don't need
to duplicate the information.
