Hi, I'm trying to catch up on various SSTC threads and note that the msg of
Tim's that I'm replying to has a document attached, and that he was requesting
it be placed in the doc repository. 

apologies for not getting to it sooner, but if it isn't sent to
security-editors, there's much less of a chance of my noticing it amongst
everything else. 


If it's still relevant to have it placed there, please..

  1. name the file: draft-moses-browser-binding-00

  2. have the..

      filename,
      a title,
      author(s) names, 
      date

     ..appear on the first page.

  3. send the file to "security-editors@lists.oasis-open.org", and copy
security-services if you wish.
